What I do
I work with clients on an ongoing, retainer basis—providing reliable, expert support rather than one-off fixes.
I lead the design and translation of operational processes into automated systems using flow, Lightning components, and advanced integrations. Experienced in managing large datasets (500K+ records) and connecting platforms using managed packages, Zapier, or custom API development. I’m equally comfortable as a hands-on builder or as a solution architect guiding a team.
Day-to-day execution of email template building, QA, and scheduling in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. I bring an eye for design, light copywriting support, and advanced skills in data extension building and AMPscript for audience segmentation and dynamic content. I can also analyze performance and advise on strategy. I have particular depth in fundraising and membership campaigns.

Project spotlight
Since 2022, I’ve served as a project lead for American Public Media’s Salesforce Marketing Cloud email program — managing a team of two and overseeing most email production for their fundraising campaigns and newsletters across multiple programs including Minnesota Public Radio, The Current, YourClassical, and Marketplace.
The workload averages 15–30 hours per week depending on campaign season, covering 15–20 fundraising campaigns per year alongside a regular weekly and monthly cadence of newsletters and one-off sends. I scale support up and down to match the variable intensity of drive periods and campaign schedules.
Each email is built using a combination of Marketing Cloud template blocks plus custom HTML, with dynamic content and audience segmentation powered by AMPscript and filtered data extensions.
I collaborate with internal teams for visuals, voice, and QA, providing guidance to increase engagement.
Emails are scheduled primarily using user-initiated sends and Journeys.
